In this course, by referring to theories and example cases, we will learn 1) The grounds of modern Constitutional theory, 2) Interpretation of the Constitution concerning governing system.

1) To understand basics of the Japanese governing systems, and the grounds of modern Constitutional theory.
2) Based on understanding mentioned above, students will develop logical thinking concerning the Constitution by deepening understanding of example cases and theories.
