Class Goals: 1. Outline the theory of emotions and the mechanisms of emotional responses. 2. Outline the influence of emotions on behavior. 3. Outline the concepts and processes of personality formation. 4. Outline the types and characteristics of personalities.
Class Overview: In this class, students will learn about the issues of emotion and personality, which are important areas that characterize individual behavior. Since they are all involved in various fields of psychology, including clinical psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, and cognitive psychology, the class will use theories, concepts, and methods from a variety of psychological fields to understand how emotions and personality affect behavior, and to acquire a perspective that understands individual differences. |

Teaching methods, course dates and final exams will vary depending on the teacher.
As a rough timetable, we will first inform students of the teaching method etc. on MOMIJI in October. Classes will start in November at the earliest. Classes may be held on Saturdays and Sundays, and classes may be held on demand. We apologize for the fluidity of the schedule, but please be prepared. |

The above perspectives will be evaluated by Final Exam 1 (50%) and Final Exam 2 (50%). |
