lesson1: Reflect on the home economics classes (dietary life area) studied in junior high school and high school, and analyze the content that made a significant impression (e.g., interesting, intriguing).
lesson2: Identify practical tasks (lifestyle problems) related to diet, methodologies for addressing these practical tasks, and the requisite knowledge and skills necessary for implementation.
lesson3: Understand the basic chemistry, especially as molecules, for food science and nutrition.
lesson4: Understand the basic chemistry of five important nutrients, for food science and nutrition.
lesson5: Understand the impact of foods on the environment.
lesson6: Understand the method to collect information on dietary habit.
lesson7: Understand the basic skills of diet (cooking) (approximate amounts of food, measuring seasonings, cutting vegetables).
