Class Objectives
/Class Outline
In family nursing, we view each family as a target of care, and consider what kind of interventions and responses are best to help them live a healthy life. Classes also include group work and group discussions. Additionally, practical cardiopulmonary resuscitation training involves using mannequins and demo automatic defibrillators (AEDs). Through these classes, students aim to acquire knowledge about diseases and become able to provide physical and mental support to those with illnesses at home or in educational settings. Another goal is for students to be able to take the initiative in performing life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation when they witness a cardiac arrest.
