This course aims to help students acquire foundational knowledge related to the teaching material development and evaluation, especially English textbooks used in junior and senior high schools, and to develop skills in teaching material analysis. The first half of the course focuses on knowledge acquisition, while the second half emphasizes skill development.

The content covered in the first half of the course (Lessons 1–6) will be included in the midterm exam, so review each class thoroughly. From Lesson 8 onward, group work and presentations will be conducted. Students are expected to participate actively and cooperatively both inside and outside of class.
