Class Objectives
/Class Outline
This class aims to understand conflict, conflict resolution mechanisms and their challenges.
Each conflict has different contexts and causes. Though fully understanding the causes and solutions of each conflict is extremely difficult, the class aims to grasp the idea of conflict by mobilizing our emotion and analying our attitudes towords difficult situation.  
Conflict Resolution I contains relatively more lectures and group discussions while in Conflict Resolution II students learn conflict resolution through preparation of group presentations. The schedule can be modified along the course of our discussion.

As mentioned above, this class includes communication excercise e.g., group discussion and dialogue. If you find such excercise difficult for you, it might be difficult to fully participate in this course.
