Class Objectives
/Class Outline
The students will learn the basic theories and analysis methods in the area of regional and urban engineering. Also they will improve the writing of academic papers and discussing skills. 
Class Schedule lesson1-6 Planning theory
The fundamental theories of survey and analysis methods, demand forecasting methods, project evaluation methods and consensus building methods underlying regional and urban planning are lectured with seminars.
lesson7 Interim Presentation
The interim presentation of research is held to assess the knowledge and interim achievements of research abilities.
lesson8-14 Research methods
The skills for reviewing academic literature, writing papers, effective presentation and logical discussion are trained. Also, fieldworks and surveys are carried out at internal/external fields, if necessary.
lesson15 Final Presentation
The final presentation of research is held to assess the improvement of knowledge learning and final achievements of research abilities.
