Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Today's local communities face a variety of social and environmental challenges that require solutions from the standpoint of environmental and architectural design. Therefore, students will learn research methods for understanding local problems, environmental and architectural design methods based on the research, and communication methods with stakeholders through exercises. The objectives of this course are as follows
(1) Mastering research methods for understanding local problems in local communities
(2) Mastering research-based environmental and architectural design methods
(3) Mastering communication methods with stakeholders
(4) Mastering presentation techniques to propose in appropriate drawings. 
Class Schedule 1-2. Outline of General Problems on Environmental and Architectural Design in the Local Societies.

One design project will be assigned as examination for each round.

Grading Method Evaluated at 100 points from one design project, and accepted when more than 60 points.

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Faculty with practical experience related to GIS, urban planning, and urban design will provide instruction in research, environmental and architectural design.
