In developed countries, utilization of existing buildings is an important issue. In particular Japan, it has just begun. Therefore, this lecture aims to learn expert knowledge and method about the building planning for utilization of existing buildings. |

It is required to have specialized knowledge about “Architectural Planning”, “Architectural Design”, “Buildings Construction”, “Management” and other Architectural Engineering bases in Japan. Graduate students majoring in architecture are required. |
