Goal:
Students will receive lectures from outside lecturers about the latest technology research trends listed below, which will be useful in their current research (not just research, but also how to approach it, how to think, etc.) and their future career paths.
Overview
1. Surface modification technology of metal materials using laser and overlay welding of high hardness materials
2. Principles and applications of arc welding, especially direct observation of material behavior during welding.
3. Joining of dissimilar materials such as metal and CFRP for multi-material automobiles
4. Automotive battery technology such as all-solid-state batteries and air batteries
