This course will give you the knowledge and the experience for "Japanese-style Manufacturing" at the actual factories in Hiroshima area.
Therefore, the preparation about Japanese-style Manufacturing such as TPS (Toyota Production System), TQM (Total Quality Management), KAIZEN, JIT (Just in Time) and so on would be very helpful for your understanding. |
