1) With the assumption that students already obtained basic knowledge of failure to perform obligation.
2) Students are expected to attend classes by reviewing example cases in accordance with directions posted on TKC.
3) In classes, students will confirm basic knowledge by asking and answering questions with other students. Also, through studying examples cases, students will develop their abilities that they can apply other cases.

In this course, we will learn failure to perform obligation.  With regards to law of obligations, we will refer to revised measures.
【Aims】
1) Concerning failure to perform obligation law,  students will understand laws systematically.
2) To develop legal thinking abilities and analytical ability, concerning facts theory.
3) To develop verbal and writing skills to express one's ideas accurately.
