We plan to hold lectures intensively at the beginning of 1st term.

【Aims】
1) To know how to research law and precedents with books and database.
2) To learn basic knowledge about the interpretation and application of law.
3) To acquire elementary skills to read precedents and get information from clients.
4) To express your opinion about a trial which you observed.
5) To understand the significance of legal interpretation in dispute settlement.

【Outline of the course】
This introductory course is conducted in order to provide basic methodology and  awareness as a legal professional. This course also gives you essential knowledge and skills which support and facilitate your study of individual laws.
