【Goal】
1 Understand the purpose and contents of the Labor Protection Law and the Law on Labor Contract Law.
2 Be aware of legal disputes in this area, and have the power to figure out what matters.
3 Based on the above, acquire the thinking power necessary for conflict resolution.
【Overview】
To acquire knowledge on legal systems and precedents, focusing on individual labor relations law (Labor Standard Law, Labor Contract Law, etc.), for persons in the field of labor law who have acquired basic legal thinking skills. The purpose is to understand the causes of legal disputes, their problems and the way of solution, and to acquire the ability to resolve basic legal disputes in the field of labor law. Specifically, the parties in the individual labor-related law (workers and employers concept), conclusion of labor contract (adoption, adoption and acceptance, trial), development process of labor contract (work condition determination system, wages, labor) Time, personnel changes, termination of labor contracts (termination of labor, termination of labor contracts not due to dismissal), etc.

Grading Method Mid-term exam (mini test) 30% (15% x 2) + final exam 60% + normal score (about assignment preparation status and answers to questions during lectures): 10%
