【Outline of the course】 We will discuss critical issues concerning possession and transactions of real properties from multiple perspectives. We also consider issues pertaining to mandatory provisions, public order and good morals. 【Aims】 1) To develop abilities to recognize and settle issues by applying basic knowledge. 2) To develop abilities to deal with issues by referring theories and example cases appropriately. |
