Requirements  This lecture corresponds to "2(2) Interactive dialogue-centered," "2(3) Case and research-centered," and "2(4) Cultivation of argumentation skills (1) Question analysis, (2) System selection, (3) Logical composition, (4) Writing skills" in each subject's implementation method. The course is based on the following three points. Grading is based on "accurate understanding of the fundamentals and principles," "understanding of the types of thinking and frameworks such as principles, modifications, and exceptions," "confirmation of legal thinking and three-stage argumentation," "(1) accurate understanding of texts and theories," "(2) ability to list and compare systems," "(3) ability to compare and select logical structures," and "(4) ability to express sentences appropriately.
