Based on English linguistics and literary studies, various ELT-related issues are discussed. This course also examines effective content selection. Students are expected to read assigned research paper and make a presentation based on them. The presentation needs to include the pedagogical implications of the paper and their limitations. Students also plan teaching procedures, activities, worksheets, and assessments. (This course mainly discusses ELT-related issues from linguistic perspectives.) |
