The aims of this course are to (1) help students deepen the understanding of today's issues surrounding special needs education through the collection, organization and analysis of materials related to special needs education, (2) help students have the knowledge required to explore special needs education through the presentations and discussions on measures to solve those issues.

Lesson 1-3: Consider today's issues surrounding special needs education.
Lesson 4-6: Consider the difference of educational system surrounding special needs education among the country.

Lesson 13-15: Consider the difference of inclusive education system among the country.

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Based on the lecturer's experience as a blind school teacher in the Japan, the lecture will give students how to teach to students who have visual impairment.
