[1] Guidance [2]-[6] Basic understanding of ownership, use, and management of the property and Comparative law study <Example of theme> (1) Transfer of movables and immovable properties (2) Use, management, and disposal of properties owned by the natural person/juristic person (3) Use, management, and disposal of properties owned by joint ownership (4) Use and management of the rental property in the lease contract (5) Other [7]-[11] Adjustment of interests between co-owners on the management of properties and Comparative law study (1) Management and division of properties in joint co-ownership (2) Management and division of properties in partnership (3) Management and division of properties in inherited co-ownership (4) Property management and dissolution in an unincorporated association (5) Other [12]-[15] Recent Issues about using/managing Land and Comparative law study (1) Issues related to the management of unoccupied houses and renunciation of ownership (2) Issues related to the management of land with unknown ownership and its belonging (3) Issues related to the responsibility of land pollution (4) Property management system
