The amim of my class is to understand how to regulate follicular development and ovulation in mammalian ovary in molecular levels. 
Class Schedule 1-3ed: the molecular mechnisms of exocytosis system (Ca2+-synaptotagmin directly regulates t-SNARE function during reconstituted membrane fusion. Bhalla et al., 2006, Nature Structure & Molecular Biology)
4-6th: The role of EGF like factor in ovulation process (Luteinizing hormone-dependent activation of the epidermal growth factor network is essential for ovulation. Hsieh et al., 2007, Mol Cell Biol)
7-9th: Immune related factors (TLR4 links innate immunity and fatty acid induced insulin resistance. Shi et al., 2006, J Clin Invest)
10-15th: Presentation of student experiment designe and discussion about them
