students in charge must read their subject papers, understand them well, create materials, and present them on the day 
Requirements It requires advanced knowledge and experience to read specialized academic papers and to ask and discuss. For this reason, participants are essentially limited to students conducting research in food physics. 
Grading Method teacher in the class will determine whether the student has read his / her dissertation properly and explained it clearly to the participants.
