Same as the seminar held at the 1st semester of PhD course; Readng and discussing articles described for the physical chemistry of foods or their components such as triacylglycerols, emulsifiers etc. to clarify the relationship between the physical properties of foods and functions of each components of them. Training surbey appropriate articles and choose one from them for each student |

Exsrcise 1-15: Each student must search the appropriate papers for this crass and choose an ariticle for presentation in the crass. Students must read it and make a report to explain the contents of the paper in front of the crass member. After explaining, discussion for all. |
