Same as the seminar held at the 1st semester of PhD course; Readng and discussing articles described for the physical chemistry of foods or their components such as triacylglycerols, emulsifiers etc. to clarify the relationship between the physical properties of foods and functions of each components of them. Training surbey appropriate articles and choose one from them for each student 
Class Schedule Exsrcise 1-15: Each student must search the appropriate papers for this crass and choose an ariticle for presentation in the crass. Students must read it and make a report to explain the contents of the paper in front of the crass member. After explaining, discussion for all.

Reporter must prepare to explain the contents of a paper. 
Requirements If possoble, student had better to have an experience of studying the basical physical chemistry. 
Grading Method Checking their presentation : 30%, the quality of the chosen paper : 20 %, the quality of their report : 20 %, the activity of the discussion (for example how many times does the students give questions?) : 20 %, Attitude toward class participation : 10 %
