Oral and brain functions such as the sense of taste, salivary secretion, mastication, swallowing, and feeding control will be presented. Students also learn their molecular, cellular and system mechanisms, their physiological relevance, and their pathophysiological aspects caused by functional deficits of specific molecules. |
