The course is designed for graduate students to develop the skills necessary to successfully deliver poster and oral presentations. We will also cover all steps of publishing a paper from writing the first draft through to checking the final proofs. |

Lectures will be given using PowerPoint with some video content. Students will use PowerPoint or a similar program to create a poster and an oral presentation. Examples of writing a paper will be given using Word, EndNote (references), and R (statistics). |
