In the knowledge economy, industry demands for highly-skilled talents have been increasing and rapidly changing. The aim of this class is to understand the future career options and competencies needed in various industries for graduate students and young researchers with research experience, irrespective of their specialization.

Requirements This course is one of the on-demand courses offered for those who have difficulty attending school during regular hours (doctoral course). All students are eligible to take these on-demand classes, but there are a limited number of places. Priority will be given to those who have filled out the priority registration request form and stated that they are unable to take the course during regular hours. Remaining places will be allocated to other students by computerized random selection. Please check the following URL for further details.

Instructions regarding the course, such as the method of attending the course, the video viewing period, and the deadline for submitting assignments, will be separately instructed via the online learning system "Moodle" after the course registration is completed.

Grading Method To be evaluated mainly based on reports (60%) and self-evaluation & action plan etc. (40%).

Japanese language will be used in the classroom. However, you can write your reports in English if it is difficult to express your opinion in Japanese.
