The course focuses on: (1) understanding of Japanese culture and society by discussing topics in daily life; (2) enriching vocabulary by dealing with various daily scenarios and situations, and (3) developing overall Japanese language skills through various language exercises. |

In this class, students will listen to some Japanese discourse and practice to catch the points below.
1. Expression for drawing a line 2. Outline of a speech 3. Structure of a speech 4. Contractive expressions 5. Indiscernible pronunciations 6. Skipping over unfamiliar words 7. Exam, Essay 8. Feedback
The exam and essay to be given at the 7th session will be subject to evaluation. Feedback on the exam will be given in the 8th session. |
