The aim of this class is to learn basic methods used in geosciences.

lesson 8-9  Preparation of rock thin section  (Hirayama)

lesson 12-13  Field work in Saijyo  (Hirayama)
lesson 14-15  Microscopic observation of rock thin section  (to be assigned)

Requirements In principle, experiment I and II (Experimental Methods and Laboratory Work in Earth Sciences I and II) should be registered as a set.  
Credit earning in duplicate with this course and "Fundamental Laboratory Course in Geology" is not allowed.
