To understand, acquire, and be able to explain the logical structure and system of the basic disciplines in accordance with each subject and the knowledge and skills necessary for further academic development. The aim of classes is to cultivate thinking, expression, and computing powers through the exercises on calculus and linear algebra together with "Seminar in Basic Mathematics I". [An Example of Class Schedule]lesson1: Partial Derivatives (1)lesson2: Partial Derivatives (2)lesson3: Vectors and Space Figureslesson4: Linear Spaceslesson5: Linear Dependence and Independencelesson6: Extremal Problemlesson7: Implicit Function and Conditional Extremal Problemlesson8: Basis and Dimensionlesson9: Linear Maps and Linear Transformationslesson10: Calculation of Multiple Integrals (1)lesson11: Calculation of Multiple Integrals (2)lesson12: Eigenvalues and Diagonalization of a Matrix (1)lesson13: Eigenvalues and Diagonalization of a Matrix (2)lesson14: Area and Volumelesson15: Final Exercise Textbooks will be specified at the time of the first class. Textbooks, handouts, and/or screen. Prepare and review as needed. The knowledge of "Calculus I" and "Linear algebra I" is premised. The grade will be based on  active participation in classes, assignments, final examination, and/or midterm examination.
