Criterion referenced Evaluation (Applicable only to targeted subjects for undergraduate students) | Molecular Agro-Life Science Program (Abilities and Skills) ・Intellectual ability and techniques in study fields regarding organic molecule, cell, individual organism, and population |
Class Objectives /Class Outline |
To learn the research planning method for solving various problems related to food, agriculture, and the environment by utilizing the experimental methods learned through the experimental training and specialized lectures so far, the themes are presented by the instructors. By investigating, formulating an experimental plan, and presenting them, the students learn the experimental skill to for graduation thesis research. |
Class Schedule |
Three faculty members are in charge of one course (twice or three days/each faculty), and in each course, the research theme is presented, and the student group understands the background and solves the problem, considers the methodology and make a research plan. Then, depending on the course, the students will actually conduct an experiment, or if the procedure is difficult or take a long time, the students will perform a virtual experiment, consider the estimation results, etc., and do presentation of them.
