Combining the "Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics Exercise", this class aims to obtain the following knowledge and abilities:
1) Engineering calculations including units and effective digit numbers
2) Energy transformation using the first law of thermodynamics
3) The second law and entropy calculations
4) Changes in thermodynamic properties of ideal gases through various processes
5) Thermodynamic relationships in equilibrium
6) Calculations of thermodynamic properties for real fluids using equations of state and corresponding state principle
7) Thermodynamic properties of ideal and real solutions
8) Phase equilibria of ideal and real solutions
9) Chemical equilibria calculations
