The objective of this class is to understand diffusion-based mass transfer, and separation processes including absorption, distillation, extraction, dryig/humidification. The followings are itemized outlines.

(3) Gas-liquid separation: gas absorption
(4) Vapor-liquid separation: distillation
(5) Liquid-liquid separation: extraction
(6) Dryig/humidification
