Suggestions on
Preparation and
Review
Prepare or Review for Fundamental Electrical and Electronic Theory

1. Logic Circuit and Digital Circuit
Students are required to study the following items before the experiment.
   Experiment 1
-the operating characteristics of the basic logic gate element, and uses of Karnaugh map.
   Experiment 2
-Principle and uses of Sequential logic circuit and shift register.
   Experiment 3
-Principle and uses of 7 binary counter.
   Experiment 4
-Principle and uses of ring oscillator.

2. Statistical analysis of experimental results by experimental design
Prepare (or review) for "Data organization” and “Statistical analysis”. In particular, it is desirable to understand about the estimation, statistical testing, one-way analysis, and regression analysis.

3. Fundamental of Alternating-current Power
Do NOT participate in the experiment wearing loose-fitting clothing. No bare feet are allowed.
Do not walk barefoot in the experimental room.
Participating students should read the experimental procedures in the text at least once.
  Experiment 1
Ask for advice during the experiment in the presence of group members, rather than thinking alone.
  Experiment 2
Find out what a transformer is beforehand.
The discussion questions should be answered by making effective use of the library and Internet searches.
  Experiment 3
Find out in advance about the advantages of three-phase power transmission.
The discussion questions should be answered by making effective use of the library and Internet searches.
  Experiment 4
Find out in advance about Arduino and sequencers in advance

Requirements No late arrivals or absences will be permitted due to group practical work.
