For the dentist, the anatomical knowledge not only about the mouth and related region but also for the fundamental structures of a human whole body is essential, in order to plan the restoration, maintenance, and improvement of health of the whole body. So, this lecture is very important in the dentistry program.

/Class Outline
Anatomy is the study of the structure of human body that can be divides into several systems.  This lecture aims to understand fundamental structures of skeletal system (bone, ligament and joint), muscular system, circulating system, and central and peripheral nervous system.  In addition, we study the bone of the whole body as well as precise structure of head and neck region.
Embryology is the study of the various changes which take place during the growth from the egg to the adult condition. This lecture aims to understand the outline of embryogenesis and oral-maxillofacial development.

Review
The aim of to learn anatomy is to understand three dimensional structure and relationship of various structures such as bone, blood vessels and nerves in human body.  Note taht the knowledge to have learned by this lesson is required in order to study the Practice of Anatomy which is opened in 3rd and 4th semesters. 
Requirements Note that if you do not attend 2/3 of all lectures you will not be able to take the final exam. 
Grading Method Final examination with the assignments.
