The six competency to ensure safety, the quality of medical care--(1) Patient-centered care (people and family-centered care), (2) Teamwork and collaboration, (3) Improvement of quality, (4) Evidence-based practice, (5) Safety, (6) Information science

1) To understand the safety culture and its construction in the health care system.
2) To understand best practices for patient safety and high quality care.
3) To learn effective communication between the team and the patient in a pseudo-environment.
4) To learn effective teamwork strategies to ensure safety and quality.
5) To learn critical thinking and reflection so that you can make decisions in consideration of the quality and safety of patient care.
6) To learn about strategies and steps to provide safe medical care.
Learning content and methods: System thinking, TeamStepps Basics, SBAR, Teachback, group work, simulation, incident hat, incident report, etc.
