Class Objectives

Internship is the practical training that requires a few weeks to complete this course. Trainees get used to a job in a company that they are interested in, and learn how to solve the problems by their biological knowledge and experiences. 
Class Schedule 1. Students should participate in the Career Support Guidance at School of Science which will be given in the beginning of April. (Refer to ”My MOMIJI” Messageboard for details.)
2. Students should find companies which offer Internship Programs and apply for it by oneself.
3. Students should participate in the Preliminary Training Session for Internship which will be given in the middle of July. (Refer to the website of Global Career Design Center etc. for details.)
4. Participate in the Internship
5. Students should participate in the Follow-up Session which will be given in the beginning of October. (Refer to the website of Global Career Design Center etc. for details.)

Students can find companies offering internship programs by searching the website of Global Career Design Center, materials in the Center, the bulletin board at School of Science, the company’s website, the internship information websites and so on. 
Requirements For credits approval, the period of the internship needs to be 5 days or longer.
After the Internship, students must submit the Internship evaluation sheet (sealed) to the student support office of School of Science after receiving it from the internship supervisor.
Students must prepare the Internship report and submit it to the Global Career Design Center. (A copy of the Internship report will be sent to the student support office of School of Science.)
Student support office of School of Science will register the course after receiving the Internship evaluation sheet and a copy of the Internship report. (Students cannot register the course.)
