/Class Outline
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to basic properties of organic compounds possessing alcohol, thiol, ether, sulfide, and amine functional groups. Additionally, basic properties of five- and six-membered heterocyclic aromatic compounds such as pyrrole and pyridine will be discussed.
