The aims of this study are to acquire technical knowledge and experimental/methematical technique for the research in the field of beam physics as well as to provide guidance to write bachelor’s thesis. |
Class Schedule |
A fundamental study of beam physics is performed following supervisor's instruction and suggestions. The research results of a given theme are summarized, presented, and written up as a Bachelor's thesis. |

Requirements |
Group discussions are made on a weekly basis. Students will be requested to give frequent presentations summarizing the latest research results. It is also necessary to read through a textbook of beam physics chosen by the supervisor. |
Grading Method |
Assessment is to be conducted comprehensively based on achievement of study, reports at regular group meetings, substance of bachelor thesis and presentation at final examination. |
