This course provides you with an overview of Human Resource Management (HRM). You will be introduced to several HR functions, such as recruitment and compensation, in domestic and international settings. HRM theories and models that explain the nature and significance of key HRM practices and HRM outcomes in organizations will also be introduced, applied, and evaluated.
