/Class Outline
The goal of this class is to understand the theoretical development of public administration and to acquire basic knowledge about Japanese public administration. The course will focus on three topics: international comparison of public administration, administrative organization theory, and personnel administration theory to explain what challenges Japanese public administration is facing.
