What is Marriage?, Formation of Marriage, Impediments to Marriage Session 4. Effects of Marriage, Purpose of Divorce Law, Grounds for Divorce Session 5. Divorce Petition by the Culpabile Spouse, Effects of Divorce Session 6. Surname and Koseki-system, De Facto Marriage, Protection of Same-Sex Couples Session 7.
