This course will provide an overview of contemporary legal system in the People’s Republic of China. This course will (1) provide basic knowledge about the general structure of China’s legal system, including sources of law, the judicial system, dispute resolutions and aspects of the legal profession; (2) focus on core and topical subject areas of China law, including constitutional law, family law, property law,environmental protection law,companies law and labor law。

After Lesson15, You will be required to complete a final report on the topics about china law.
