Students will learn how to solve the legal problem, especially about the important issues of Civil law. To do that, All students will have discussion of each presentation that a student prepared from basic rules to analysis of judicial cases.

* The theme for each student will be decided at 1st lecture.
It will be allocated to base on the counsel with me among the important issues of civil law.

The presenter on that week has to share the paper with all members of this lecture(I will let you know the method in the lecture). And other students should read it and prepare comments or(and) questions for an active discussion. 
Requirements Basic knowledge of civil law subjects is required.
