心理学の近接領域の1つである精神医学の基本的な考え方や方法を中心に,精神科医の立場からlectureします。具体的には,統合失調症,気分障害,パーソナリティ障害,神経症,心身症などの精神疾患とその治療法を概説します。

Preparation and
Review
On the first day, you learn psychiatric way of thinking over mind of human-beings. On the 2nd and 3rd days, I  will explain various kinds of methods of diagnoses and the treatments of the psychological disorders. These are the contents of the lesson looking at your careers after graduation, for example, some of you will be working in the area of psychiatric practices, or others are taking a learning practice course at a hospital as a graduate student. It is indispensable to do review to fully understand the contents. When you have any questions, feel free to ask them in class actively.

 
Requirements " Intensive seminar at February.
Required to have basic knowledge of Clinical Psychology , have interests in psychological treatment or mentally disabled person , and have eagerness and positive attitude to tackle learning psychiatry. "

Message From a position of medical provider taking care of mentally challenged patients around-the-clock, in addition to theories and knowledge, I would like to tell you about the attitude as a clinician. Knowledge of psychiatry, mental health in particular, is indispensable for a psychologist. In the future, if you want to be a caregiver, please take this class.
