工芸制作において素材研究は,作り手の制作意図を達成するために欠かせないものである。本授業では工芸材料となるさまざまな素材を実際に扱い,各自の表現を追及し,あわせて工芸教育におけるteaching materials開発の能力を習得することを目的とする。
