If you need to be absent, you must explain the reason to a teacher in charge on your own with phone or via e-mail (Leave your message on the answering machine, when needed)
In this regard, however, even if your results of the proceeding condition and practical examination are excellent, if you are absent 3 days and more without permission, the following benchmarks are applied.
