Set research themes for dietary life focusing on the cookery science or eating behaviors, and systematically conduct experiments or questionnaire surveys and analysis. In addition, perform document retrieval and reading related to the research theme, clarify understanding of research background and problems, and find out the direction of research development. Finally, summarize the research results as graduation thesis and give a presentation. |
