Class Objectives
/Class Outline
(1) To gain basic knowledge of the system of languages, focusing on modern Japanese.  
(2) To deepen the recognition of diversity of modern Japanese.
(3) To aim to examine questions about Japanese you get in daily life from an academic point of view based on the above (1) and (2).
(4) To study how the above (1) and (2) are related to secondary Japanese education.

Lesson7 Grammar of Japanese 1: what the term 'grammar' means, sentence structures

Review
The participants are recommended to observe words and expressions you hear or read in daily life (including foreign languages and dialects) and take notes of those you have got interested in and research them. The participants are also recommended to review the lectures and look up keywords and technical terms in introductory books or dictionaries if necessary.

Grading Method Two mid-term examinations and a terminal examination will be held.
