Not just learning from already known results, but to know how those research results about Japanese education and Japanese culture were found, students will read basic papers.
This class will be held in the same semester as ""Japanese culture basic seminar Ⅱ.""
In this class, students will be divided into three groups, and will take fore lessons each by three teachers.
This means, together with ""Japanese culture basic seminar Ⅱ,"" students will read various papers under the guidance of six teachers.

Write a paper (Choose one area from your three teacher's fields of study)

 We're going to explain the system of this class and distribute the list of documents that we will read in the next lesson.  A teacher in charge is going to give the outline of points of presentation with reading documents.
 Subject: To copy a thesis on the base of distributed list of documents, and decide a presenter who represents each group. Presenters have to prepare a resume. Other students have to carefully read the thesis which will be read in the next class.

Handouts:  Resume showing the summary and questions of the document
The person in charge is going to announce the summary and questions that occurred after reading of document 1. Students who've already finished careful reading of the document 1 and brought a report are going to hear presentations by the person in charge, ask questions, and state their own interpretation and opinion. After that, the teacher in charge is going to get ideas announced in the class in shape.
 Work to be submitted after the class: Modified resume based on the discussion  in practice.

The style of thesis reading. The text and others you should read is outline books, special dictionary and encyclopedia of the field. The teacher in charge is going to introduce in a class.

The 3rd - the 13th class  After the class, you should read distributed thesis for the next class carefully. The student in charge should make a summary of last class, others should check your questions, and all of you should prepare for writing a generalization report. And also, you should read the next thesis carefully and pick up your questions.
The 15th class You should go to ask a question to your teacher if you get a question which you can't solve in a class and after that. You should read the theses which you read in this class again, choice one of them, and write a generalization report. 
Requirements Only the student who majored the Japanese program of Secondary Education Science.
 You can attend this class if you acquired the unit of culture seminar. 
Grading Method The point below, no.1occupies 30% of evaluation, no.2 occupies 40%, and no.3 occupies 30%. But, the student who failed to attend over four times will fail to get units at that time.
