Class Objectives /Class Outline |
The goal of this class is to learn knowledge about infant development and education in order to practice proper educational support (educational counseling). The main purpose of the lesson is to explain the major theories, academic research and research methods related to mental and physical development from 0 to 6 years old. Infants' perceptual development, language development, interpersonal relationships development, thinking and cognitive development will be explained concretely using DVD teaching materials. By learning the behaviors and countermeasures of infants who tend to have problems, we will be able to provide appropriate educational support for parents with infants. Picture books introduce related to the lecture content is also performed. In class, in order to understand children, students are encouraged to understand various problems in relation to their own problems and social problems. |
