Suggestions on Preparation and Review |
Preparation/refrection are required before/after each class. Regarding the content understanding, join the classes always with questions from the perspective of international comparisons between your home country, Japan, and even third countries. On Japanese language skills, please prepare and review the course materials in a way that will lead to accurate language production (speaking and writing). If you are an international student who are familiar to using "kanji", Chinese characters, do not rely too much on intuitive conceptual understanding from "kanji", but improve your Japanese proficiency level. |
Requirements |
The instruction language is mainly Japanese, but partially English will be used in accordance with students' needs. Those who prefer a full English course, please take a similar course, either "Introduction to Education in Japan (A)" or "(B)". Also, as the course contents in Japanese are too simple for Japanese students, they are supposed to take "Introduction to Education in Japan (A) or (B)" that is implemented in English. Please confirm if the credit of this course can be included as a part of the required credits for graduation in each school and program. For example, when Japanese undergraduate students in School of Education take this course, the credit will be awarded, but not be counted for graduation. |
